Your JÁCMORE hat is crafted from 100% premium wool. With proper care and storage, it can maintain its shape, texture, and appearance beautifully over time.

Daily Care

Handle with care: Handle your hat gently and avoid pinching or repeatedly gripping the crown, which can affect its shape over time.

Storage: When not in use, store your hat in its JÁCMORE presentation box or on a hat stand in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Brushing: Use a clean, soft-bristled hat brush to gently remove surface dust and lint. Brush lightly and consistently in one direction around the hat.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Spot Cleaning: For small marks, gently blot the area with a clean, slightly damp cloth. Avoid rubbing or saturating the wool.

Stains: For light stains, use a cleaning product specifically designed for wool or felt hats, following the product instructions carefully. Always test on a small, inconspicuous area first. Avoid household cleaners or harsh chemicals. For significant, oily, or stubborn stains, professional hat cleaning is recommended.

Water Exposure: If your hat becomes wet, gently reshape it if needed and allow it to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area. Keep it away from direct heat, hair dryers, or other heat sources.

Reshaping: If your hat needs a little reshaping, gently expose the affected area to steam to soften the wool, then shape it carefully with your hands. Allow the hat to cool and dry completely in the desired shape. Avoid soaking the hat or applying direct high heat. For more significant reshaping or damage, professional hat care may be helpful.
