Because our hats are made from natural materials, subtle variations in texture, tone, or finish may occur and are part of the character of the material.

3. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase a product from JÁCMORE. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or inventory errors, unauthorized resale, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted or shipped.
Once an order enters processing or has shipped, we may not be able to accommodate cancellations or changes. If you need assistance with an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Our products are intended primarily for personal use. Purchases for unauthorized resale or other commercial purposes may be declined or canceled.
All eligible returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Pricing & Payments
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our Services are listed in U.S. dollars.
Applicable taxes and any other charges that apply to your purchase will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. JÁCMORE currently offers complimentary standard shipping on eligible orders within the United States, as further described in our Shipping Policy.
By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, product, promotional, or other errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you regarding the error or cancel and refund the affected order, as appropriate.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.
Processing and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, arrives damaged, or you experience another delivery issue, please contact us at support@myjacmore.com so we can review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.

6. Returns & Refunds
Eligible returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable return requirements, including return windows and product-condition requirements, before initiating a return.
Where applicable, JÁCMORE's First Return on Us policy provides complimentary return shipping for a customer's first eligible return. Additional terms and exclusions are described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Our online store is hosted and powered by Shopify. Shopify provides technology and services that enable us to operate our ecommerce store.
When you purchase a JÁCMORE product, your transaction is with JÁCMORE as the seller, not with Shopify. JÁCMORE is responsible for the products we sell, fulfillment of customer orders, customer service, returns, refunds, and other obligations associated with our transactions with you.
Shopify may separately process personal information in connection with its services as described in applicable Shopify privacy notices and our Privacy Policy.
