How do I find my hat size?
To find your hat size, simply measure the circumference of your head where the hat will sit — just above your eyebrows and ears, around the widest part of your head.
Use a soft measuring tape (or a string and ruler), keep it snug but not tight, and note the measurement in centimeters. For additional guidance, you can visit our Size Guide.
What if I am between sizes?
If you fall between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Every JÁCMORE hat includes an adjustable band for a comfortable, personalized fit.
What packaging do JÁCMORE hats come in?
Your hat arrives in a rigid, custom-fit presentation box, which is then placed inside a protective shipping box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
How do I care for my JÁCMORE hat?
Treat your hat with the same intention it was made with — hold it by the brim, store it somewhere cool and dry, and brush it softly to keep it looking its best. When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey. Every package is handled with intention and care from our hands to yours. You can find all details on our Shipping Policy page.
Do you offer returns?
Yes. We offer returns on eligible pieces, and your first return is complimentary. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

How do I start a return?
To begin your return, email us at support@myjacmore.com with your order details. If it’s your first return, we’ll send a complimentary prepaid return label so you can send your item back with ease. Once your piece returns to us and is reviewed, your refund will be processed.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently don’t offer exchanges. If you’re looking for a different fit or style, you can return your piece for a refund and place a new order whenever it feels right. If you need help choosing the right size or design, we’re always here to support you.
