First Return on Us Policy

At JÁCMORE, we believe choosing with confidence starts with feeling supported. That’s why we offer one complimentary return per customer.

What This Means

Your first return is on us — we’ll cover the return shipping so you can try your piece with ease and intention.

Eligibility

To qualify for a First Return on Us:

  • The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

How It Works

  1. Email us at support@myjacmore.com to request your return
  2. If it’s your first return, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label
  3. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.

After Your First Return

Additional returns are always welcome, though return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer. We’ll always communicate clearly and handle every request with care.

A Note on Quality & Fit

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or there’s a quality issue, we’ll take care of return shipping regardless — because standing behind our pieces matters.
