Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

How Your Hat Ships

Every JÁCMORE hat is carefully placed in our signature presentation box, designed to help protect its shape during storage and delivery. The presentation box is then placed inside a protective shipping box for transit.

Complimentary Shipping

All JÁCMORE orders include complimentary standard shipping within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once an order is in transit, we may be unable to change the delivery address. Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in delays or additional shipping charges.
